Welcome to Bears Crossing! All guests are required to register before arriving. Please follow the below instructions, and contact the owner of the unit where you are staying with questions or for assistance.
- Fill out the below Guest Registry & Rental Form. A copy will be sent to you and to the rental unit owner upon submission. Or, if you prefer, download our PDF Guest Registry & Rental Form and e-mail it to the rental unit owner. All required fields must be completed.
- Make sure you have read and understood the Bears Crossing HOA’s rules, regulations, and policies: Bears Crossing Visitors Guide, HOA Pet Policy, HOA Parking and Vehicles Policy, and HOA Rules, Regulations and Fines (Updated and Approved, August 12, 2023). As you complete the registration, you will be asked to initial several rules acknowledgements.
- Whether you register online or by e-mail, the rental unit owner will review your registration, check that it is complete, and ensure the number of guests does not exceed the occupancy limit specified in the property’s Inspection Report from the Fire Marshal. After the owner approves your registration, they will submit it to Bears Crossing’s property manager by e-mail.
- Note that Bears Crossing’s HOA may fine any owner if they or their guests violate Community rules and/or damage Community property. To avoid surprises, please ask the unit owner about their policies for fines incurred as a result of rules violations or communal property damage made by guests during their stay.
** Please note that Bears Crossing’s Parking and Vehicles Policy states:
- Only TWO cars may be parked in front of your unit’s condominium building. (Black Bear Lane end units 5A, 5F and 7A park at the side of their unit).
- Single Family Homes may park more depending on driveway space. Street and yard parking are not allowed.
- Any additional car(s) MUST be parked in overflow parking (designated on the Bears Crossing Community map).
- All overnight guest vehicles must be registered on this Guest Registration form.
