Outside of business hours, you can use this form to report HOA rules violations and other complaints to a property owner and/or to property management. Upon submitting an infraction notification form, the owner of the indicated property will receive a text and/or an e-mail containing the information you provided. Please keep comments neighborly.

The town of Dover has a 24/7 hotline phone number (802-319-9363) and STR complaints form for reporting noise issues, over-occupancy, parking problems, and other complaints involving short-term rentals. Finally, Bears Crossing maintains an opt-in directory of owners on W&B’s Owners’ Website, which may be used to contact owners directly, when appropriate. Neighborly communication and problem solving are essential to community life. Owners who rent their properties are encouraged to facilitate this by opting into online infraction notifications and by reaching out to their neighbors to let them know they would like to be notified about infractions and share their preferred means of contact.
