Owners should also regularly check W&B’s Owners’ Site, using their unique account number and password, for Homeowners Association (HOA) bylaws; meeting agendas and minutes for the Master Association Board of Directors and Condo and Single Family Homes associations; the Bears Crossing Owners’ Directory; HOA account information; and more.

Bears Crossing does not operate a rental program. Owners who chose to rent their property do so independently. The HOA does not manage, book, or receive revenue from unit rentals.
