You can use this form to report HOA rules violations and other issues to a property owner and/or to W&B Management. The HOA has zero tolerance for rule-breaking. All Bears Crossing owners are responsible for knowing and following HOA rules and for ensuring that their guests know and follow these rules during their stay. Confirmed infractions reported to W&B will result in a fine.

Before reporting an issue, REMEMBER…. owners who rent may not be aware in real-time of rules violations occurring at their property. Whenever appropriate, please contact owners directly (either through this form or by text) so they have an opportunity to correct issues before they are reported to W&B and subject to fines. Owners who rent their properties can facilitate this process by opting into the Online Infraction Notification system and by reaching out to their neighbors to let them know they would like to be notified about infractions and share their preferred means of contact.
