Bears Crossing’s HOA is governed by the Master Association Board of Directors (BOD) in accordance with the HOA’s governing documents (accessible to owners through W&B’s Owners’ Site).

Comprising 15 homeowners elected by the Community, the BOD is responsible for developing and implementing rules and regulations, budgeting, approving maintenance and/or improvements to common property and infrastructure, and overseeing the property manager’s operation of the community. BOD officers, including the President, Treasurer, and Secretary, are appointed each year by the BOD.
