BOD Meetings

The Bears Crossing Master Association Board of Directors (BOD) meets regularly throughout the fiscal year. W&B Property Management sends out meeting details and remote access information to owners in advance via e-mail.

Owners may attend BOD meetings in person at the Clubhouse or remotely via Zoom. Meetings operate in accordance with Robert’s Rules of Order and there is an opportunity for public comment before meetings conclude.

In accordance with the HOA’s governing documents, an annual meeting of all homeowners is held every September. At that meeting, the current BOD provides a state of the union report on the Community’s operations and finances, homeowners discuss any issues of concern, and the Community elects members for the following year’s BOD. The individual condo and SFH associations also have an annual meeting of their membership in September. These meetings take place via Zoom.

Master Association Board of Directors 2023-24 Meetings:

  • Saturday, Dec. 2nd, 3pm at the Clubhouse
  • Saturday, Feb. 3rd, 3pm at the Clubhouse
  • Saturday, April 6th, 9am at the Clubhouse
  • Saturday, June 22nd, 9am at the Clubhouse
  • Saturday, Aug. 10th, 9am at the Clubhouse (Annual Budget Meeting)
  • Saturday, Sept. 21st (Annual Owners Meeting; location and time TBD)
